you've heard of almond english toffee?  well, here is almond english toffee that surrounds one of our giant fuji apples.  Hot caramel is carefully placed around the entire apple before it is rolled in buttery toffee pieces.  when the caramel cools, the entire apple is dunked in rich belgian milk chocolate and then rolled in roasted crushed almonds.
