deadlines
when we receive
your order, we will normally ship it within 24 hours or we will ship it to
arrive as close as possible to the date you request. if there is a delay,
you will be notified.
when you are ordering
from us please keep in mind that we make
everything to order. we don't have any pre-made apples sitting on a shelf that
we can take and ship immediately. every apple has to be made and
packaged when we receive an order - we do this to ensure the freshest
product possible. because of this, we can't turn out an order in an
hour.
how we
ship because
we need to keep our apples fresh, we recommend shipping by 2nd day air (arrives in two
business days) or next day air (arrives the next business day). while we
offer ground services, we cannot guarantee that the apples will not melt in
transit.
all of our apples are made and shipped monday through friday.

when you check out, you will be given the following shipping options:
ground, second day, overnight, saturday delivery and ak hi pr (alaska, hawaii and
puerto rico) second day and next day, and you will be shown the calculated shipping charge.
