this is the original!  we take our giant fuji apple and dunk it in a kettle of our own homemade caramel.  then we painstakingly temper  belgian milk chocolate, dark chocolate and white chocolate, all at the same time.  when these three chocolates are correctly tempered, we slowly stripe the apple by hand, over and over.  the result?  try it and judge for yourself.
